About The Position
Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking newly licensed and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join its supportive team at a skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation center. The facility is part of the Volare Health portfolio and highlights its five-star rating in Quality of Resident Care. Nurses support residents’ daily lives while developing their careers with the organization. The role is offered full-time or part-time, with 12-hour shifts and pay ranging from $39.11 to $62.15 per hour based on licensed experience and shift differential. New nurses may participate in a three-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency featuring the Geri-Res residency curriculum and structured onsite mentorship. Experienced nurses who are new to long-term care are also eligible for the residency.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where the facility operates.
- Ability to assess resident needs.
- Skill in developing individual care plans for patients.
- Ability to supervise CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- Ability to follow state and federal rules and regulations governing practices within the facility.

Responsibilities
