About The Position
The Registered Nurse cares for surgical and medical patients within the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), a 24-bed unit. The role supports care for critically ill cardiac and vascular patients and offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive specialty area and hospital. The nurse is expected to perform consistently with professional standards of practice and care, the Nurse Practice Act, and Community Health Network’s mission and goals.
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing school accredited by NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA, or have three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Indiana, as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Demonstrate excellent communication and team skills.
- Be compassionate and caring, accountable, and self-directed.

- Acute care experience.
- EPIC experience.
