About The Position

Always Compassionate Health is hiring Registered Nurses to provide start-of-care field visits and follow-up visits in the White Plains area. The RN assesses patients’ needs, develops the Plan of Care, and completes follow-up visits when required for an RN. The role may also include supervising a Home Health Aide.

Requirements

  • Two years of bedside RN experience.
  • NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Physical examination completed within the past year.
  • QuantiFERON test completed within the past year.
  • MMR titers completed within the past five years.
  • NPI number.
  • Malpractice insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Homecare experience.
  • AlayaCare experience.
  • Start-of-Care experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ needs.
  • Develop the Plan of Care.
  • Complete follow-up visits when required for an RN.
  • May supervise a Home Health Aide.
