About The Position
Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join its nursing team. The position provides nursing care in a locked dementia unit and is full-time and union. The pay range is $30.00–$33.00 per hour. Benefits are available for eligible employees.
Requirements
- Current Montana LPN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
