Responsibilities

• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and execute timely effective repairs
• Collaborate with operations and all team members to improve equipment performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks to Hampton’s maintenance standards
• Willingness to work different shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed for operations, commissioning, training, or start-up
