About The Position

Purcell Tire is seeking an Industrial Maintenance / Millwright technician for its retread plant. The role is responsible for repairing, installing, adjusting, assembling, and maintaining the industrial equipment needed to keep the plant in production. The position pays $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications, and offers a dependable, full-time, year-round schedule.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work and get along with others.

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience preferred.
• Industrial electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance on all plant machinery.
• Routinely inspect equipment for defects, breakage, or excessive wear and tear.
• Routinely disassemble, test, and reassemble equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment.
• Prioritize repairs as needed.
• Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
• Keep a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management.
