About The Position

Advanced Industries LLC has been in business for over 50 years as a turnkey manufacturing company fabricating aluminum and steel products for the Department of Defense. We have built long-term customer relationships by providing superior products, excellent customer service, quality control, and on-time delivery. We are looking for the next addition to our award-winning team!! This is a 1st Shift position, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Forklift operation experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen (including THC/Marijuana; medical card will NOT be accepted).
  • Superior attendance record.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and report discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP system records.
  • Maintain accurate inventory locations and quantities within the ERP system.
  • Organize and optimize the staging of raw materials and consumables for production.
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve inventory-related issues quickly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent inventory labeling and organization system throughout the facility.
  • Ensure inventory for new product lines is properly staged, organized, and labeled.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Participate in company 6S initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
