About The Position
Here at Big Blue Swim School, we care about creating big moments for our students and crew. Our team members change lives every day by helping students reach their full potential. We provide training in a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure our teachers can give great lessons for all students! With continuous training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team, we create an environment that is inclusive and fun. We are looking to grow our team with teachers who are eager to learn and have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential!
Requirements
- Enjoys teaching and working with children ages 3 months - 12 years
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in the water for at least 20-25 hours per week
- Must be willing to work weeknights at least one weekend day
