Responsibilities

• Prioritize incoming and backlogged calls.
• Assign and dispatch technicians.
• Work with Service Managers to address open calls.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Create and distribute required reporting.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding missed SLAs.
• Review all incomplete calls daily.
• Maintain the entry and verify the nightly on-call crew.
• Work with Service Managers to ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Understand the geography of the market and the technicians.
