About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in customer service, call center, or retail environments preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Exceptional verbal tone and written communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating multi-line phone systems, CRM software, and standard office applications.
• Proven ability to multi-task, manage tight schedules, and work productively with minimal direct supervision.
• A track record of punctual, dependable, and consistent attendance.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC, plumbing, or roofing dispatch experience is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and conduct outbound follow-ups to schedule service, maintenance, and system installation appointments.
• Deliver precise, detailed appointment data to field technicians and sales teams to ensure efficient routing and seamless service.
• Accurately log calling metrics, booking rates, and customer interaction details into our proprietary dispatching software.
• Connect with homeowners post-service to gauge satisfaction, resolve minor issues, and maintain AirHawk’s 5-star reputation.
• Assist with general office duties, billing paperwork, and team support as needed by the Branch Manager.
