About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an experienced HVAC or plumbing Dispatcher for its Austin service center. The Dispatcher coordinates service technicians, manages calls through the service platform, schedules work, and supports field teams so customer needs are addressed promptly. This is an in-office, full-time, year-round position with a schedule of 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and rotating weekends, with one weekday off during the week.

Requirements

• Prior dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support route planning.
• Ability to report to the office daily; this is not a remote position.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Previous HVAC or plumbing dispatch experience is preferred but not required.
