About The Position

A family-owned HVAC and plumbing service company based in Chantilly and serving Northern Virginia is hiring an experienced Service Dispatcher to manage its daily dispatch board. The dispatcher will coordinate 15 or more service technicians using ServiceTitan, route calls according to location, skill, and urgency, and adjust schedules as jobs run long, parts are unavailable, or emergency calls come in. The role also involves proactively updating customers about technician arrival times, maintaining accurate job notes and statuses in ServiceTitan, and coordinating with the call center, service manager, and technicians to keep the schedule full. This is an on-site, full-time, year-round position at the Chantilly office, offering $22–$28 per hour, overtime, benefits, and paid time off. Longer days may be needed during peak emergency season.

Requirements

Dispatch experience at an HVAC or plumbing service company.
Hands-on experience with the ServiceTitan dispatch board.
Ability to work on-site at the Chantilly office.
Ability to make calm, quick decisions when the pace increases.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Flexibility to work longer days during peak emergency season.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily schedule for 15 or more service technicians in ServiceTitan.
