The HR Business Partner is a key member of the Central Region leadership team and is responsible for planning, directing and delivering Corporate and customized HR services that support regional objectives. The HRBP consults with key stakeholders and employees and provides recommendations on strategic HR solutions to improve critical business outcomes. The business partner acts as an essential extension of the corporate People and Culture (PAC) team to ensure a unified delivery approach of all people-related practices. The HRBP has a matrixed reporting relationship and directly reports to the Corporate Director of HR, but with a close day-to-day working report to the Regional Managing Principals, Managing Principals and other senior leadership within the designated regions.
