About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our field service team. This role involves performing inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment in various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment repair and excellent customer service skills. Requirements
- Strong inspection, troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair experience on heavy equipment
- Able to conduct DOT inspections
- Experience with manufacturers including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Kubota, John Deere, Terex, Link-Belt, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, and International
- Engine experience with Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, and International preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid CDL Class A or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Kansas
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment.
- Conduct DOT inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Travel regularly throughout Kansas to service equipment.
- Work overtime as expected based on workload and service demands.
