Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of running a retail and food location.
• Hire, train, and schedule 20–60 coworkers.
• Work in the kitchen as needed.
• Maintain food safety.
• Handle ordering and inventory control.
• Manage profit and loss statements (P&Ls).
• Clean and stock the store.
• Help and mentor others.
• Resolve coworker and customer concerns.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store.
