About The Position

Requirements

• California-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing.
• At least 2 years of ENT experience in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Comfort practicing autonomously in a remote care environment.
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with telemedicine technology.

Nice To Haves

• Multistate licenses.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Conduct follow-up visits and provide longitudinal care for established patients.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the Advanced MD EMR.
• Collaborate with specialists and care team members to support coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Comply with TeleMed2U clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians as required by California regulations.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies.
• Provide patient education and counseling focused on lifestyle, medication adherence, and disease management.
