About The Position
Geisinger Medical Center, located in Danville, PA, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our comprehensive and growing team. This academic/clinical position offers a great mix of clinical, OR, and administrative time weekly. You will conduct surgery at a state-of-the-art surgery center on campus. With a 1:9 shared call schedule where residents take first call, this role allows for excellent work-life balance. Upon starting, you will receive both clinical and academic titles and will teach residents and medical students while participating in scholarly activities. Geisinger is a nationally renowned organization.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
- Patient Care And Procedural Skills
- Professional Etiquette
- Systems-Based Practice
Responsibilities
- Conduct surgery at a state-of-the-art surgery center right on the campus
- Teach residents and medical students
- Participate in scholarly activities
