About The Position

Everleap Fertility is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for its Bellevue, Washington fertility center. The APP delivers patient care for people seeking reproductive and fertility-related services by assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients; ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing; providing patient education; and supporting medical management. The APP collaborates with physicians, nurses, embryologists, and clinical staff in a team-based setting to support quality care and patient outcomes.

The posting lists a Monday–Friday schedule of 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. It also identifies a required Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–4 p.m. schedule with rotating weekends in the San Francisco office. Weekend and holiday work may be assigned, and flexibility beyond scheduled shifts may be needed based on patient care needs.

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: current state NP license with prescriptive authority.
• For Nurse Practitioners: board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP).
• For Nurse Practitioners: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• For Physician Assistants: current state PA license.
• For Physician Assistants: current NCCPA certification and graduation from an accredited PA program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve data accurately using a computer system.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology systems.
• Availability for the listed schedule requirements, including rotating weekends in the San Francisco office.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in women’s health, reproductive endocrinology, infertility, OB/GYN, or fertility care.
• Experience performing ultrasound examinations and reproductive procedures.
• ACLS certification may be required depending on location or operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed medical histories, review medical records, and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Conduct infertility evaluations, including gynecologic exams, ultrasonography, mock embryo transfers, and other reproductive health assessments.
• Perform morning monitoring, including ultrasound monitoring of stimulation cycles, early pregnancy monitoring, and intrauterine inseminations (IUI).
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising or collaborating physicians.
• Prescribe medications and provide referrals in accordance with state regulations and scope of practice.
• Provide patient counseling and education about fertility treatment plans, procedures, medications, and outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between physicians and clinical staff to support continuity and quality of patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support best practices in patient care and safety.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
