Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

CVS Health•07054 - North Carolina CVS Pharmacy, L.L.C., NC
•$42 - $90•Onsite

About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver accessible, high-quality primary and family care in a clinic-based setting. The role is a full-time float position covering clinics within a 50-mile radius of Harrisburg and surrounding areas. The position is scheduled for 30–35 hours per week, including every other weekend. Care is primarily provided in person; virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic during periods of lower onsite patient volume when doing so will not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive and wellness services; and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. The role also includes clinic operations such as inventory management, opening and closing the clinic, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection. Providers receive clinical and organizational support and complete charting and follow-up during their scheduled shift. Candidates must meet the education, certification, and licensure requirements for either the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate track. Physical presence at assigned clinics is required. The role offers an hourly pay range of $41.85–$90.13, with actual pay based on factors including experience, education, and geography. It is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
