About The Position

Avance Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Davidson, North Carolina. The organization emphasizes patient involvement in preventive care and treatment plans, mindful medicine, and building strong relationships with patients. Providers work in a collaborative environment with onsite lab services, behavioral health therapists, nutritionists, telehealth, and centralized care coordination, care management, and population health management. The position is designed to support work-life balance, with a maximum of 40 hours per week including breaks and administrative time and an expected average patient load of two visits per hour. Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• North Carolina state license.
• Two or more years of experience.
• Strong desire to become a partner with Avance Care.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
