About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider for a full-time, home-clinic role supporting its Aiken, South Carolina clinic. This clinic-based position focuses on high-quality in-person care; virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic when onsite volume is lower and doing so does not delay or interfere with in-person care. Availability every other weekend is required. Weekend and on-call shift differentials are available. Dual licensure in Georgia is preferred. Providers deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. They perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, treatment of injuries and illnesses, and coordination of care, and support wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings. Clinic operations include inventory management, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management. MinuteClinic offers clinical and organizational support, evidence-based tools and resources, opportunities for professional development, and charting and follow-up completed during scheduled shifts. NP candidates must have an active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license and meet the stated education and certification requirements. One year of NP experience is preferred, and qualified new graduates may be considered. PA candidates must have two years of PA experience and meet the stated education, certification, and licensure requirements. Both provider types need active BLS certification, must complete a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment, pass a respirator fit test, be physically present at the assigned clinic, and be able to obtain and maintain multistate licensure based on business needs. Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs. The typical pay range is $37.66–$81.11. The position may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Eligible full-time colleagues receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources.
