Advanced Practice Provider NP/PA

CVS Health•Columbia, SC
•$38 - $81•Onsite

About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality, accessible primary and family care. This clinic-based, part-time float role is based in Columbia, South Carolina, and covers clinics in Columbia, Irmo, and Lexington. The schedule includes every other weekend and one to two weekday shifts per week. Care is primarily provided in person; virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume is lower and doing so will not delay or interfere with in-person care. MinuteClinic providers manage their practices with clinical and organizational support, evidence-based guidelines, and access to assessment and treatment-planning tools. The role includes acute and chronic care, preventive services, wellness and chronic disease management, diagnostic testing, care coordination, and clinic operations. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts, with no work taken home. The position requires the applicable education, certification, and active unrestricted state licensure for nurse practitioners or physician associates. NP experience is preferred, and qualified new graduates may be considered; PAs must have two years of experience. Candidates must also complete a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment, maintain active BLS certification, pass a respirator fit test, and be physically present at assigned clinics. The typical pay range is $37.66–$81.11 per hour. The role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. This part-time position may be eligible, depending on hours worked and eligibility, for dental and vision coverage, wellness resources, employee discounts, certain voluntary benefits, and other programs.
