About The Position

The Mid-Level Otolaryngology Provider is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) who manages ENT patients and works with physicians to care for patients with ENT conditions. Under minimal supervision, the provider delivers high-quality, efficient, integrated, continuous, and cost-effective care. The position reports to the Practice Administrator and is located in Seymour, Indiana. There are no hospital call responsibilities, and the role has no supervisory responsibility.

Requirements

• Current valid license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Indiana.
• At least 2 years of ENT experience.
• Endoscopy experience.
• Energetic, compassionate, and self-motivated.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with PC-based computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Medical Director on clinical protocols.
• Conduct physical, cognitive, and functional examinations.
• Order appropriate diagnostic testing.
• Perform minor procedures.
• Coordinate and execute patient treatment plans.
• Work cooperatively with ENT clinic staff.
