About The Position

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience designing, building, and launching enterprise software applications or automated workflows used by teams.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM and agentic AI solutions in production.
• Strong software engineering skills, including the ability to build, test, and own production-grade applications end to end.
• A product mindset, including the ability to translate business needs into scoped requirements, make minimum-viable-product trade-offs, and attend closely to details where accuracy matters.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical subject matter experts and operations leaders in a fast-moving, self-directed environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT), background investigations, enhanced due diligence, compliance, or third-party risk.

Responsibilities

• Support the continued development and enhancement of Exiger’s existing agentic platform, expanding application capabilities across report and product types to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Enhance research and report-drafting automation while strengthening quality-control and fact-checking workflows to ensure accurate, consistent, and regulator-defensible outputs.
• Partner with team leads and regional subject matter experts to translate client scopes, report requirements, and case handoffs into workflow logic and a clear minimum viable product.
• Support researchers using the platform through training, testing, feedback, and reliable day-to-day operation across North America and Romania teams.
• Integrate new data sources and lay the groundwork for future client-facing, modular report delivery.
