About The Position

BLOX is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer I to support manufacturing operations through process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and the application of lean principles. The role is intended for candidates who are eager to learn, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help optimize production efficiency in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The engineer supports manufacturing processes and systems, analyzes production processes, tracks performance indicators, and contributes to improvements in cost, cycle time, waste, workflow, labor utilization, and equipment efficiency. The position also collaborates with design, manufacturing, and construction teams to support project execution.

Requirements

Experience curating information-rich models using Revit and ACC.

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of engineering systems and processes.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and construction teams to support project execution.
Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Support initiatives focused on cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and waste elimination.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in creating standard work instructions, documentation, and basic production layouts.
Support improvements in workflow, labor utilization, and equipment efficiency.
Participate in problem-solving activities and continuous improvement projects.
Contribute to improvement plans aligned with team and business goals.
Learn and apply lean manufacturing and problem-solving principles.
