About The Position
This role focuses on production support, incident management, and operational readiness within approved EAG boundaries. The engineer will be responsible for 24x7 production support, including incident triage, using ServiceNow, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), monitoring systems, supporting patch and vulnerability remediation, managing backup and restore operations, providing Disaster Recovery (DR) support, generating operational reports, and ensuring production readiness.

- Experience with 24x7 production support.

- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Experience with monitoring.
- Experience with patch/vulnerability remediation support.
- Experience with backup/restore.
