About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6 or more years of hands-on experience in software integration, release management, or platform software development; or a master's degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience; or a Ph.D. and 2 or more years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with software build systems, release processes, and version control tools such as Git.
• Experience defining and implementing HMI software integration strategies and workflows, such as SCADA, Cimplicity, Rockwell, WinCC, or Ignition.
• Experience with testing methodologies, including FAT/CAT testing, and project development environment readiness.
• Experience with MS OS and industrial control software in both physical and virtual environments.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for problem-solving, continuous learning, and contributing to impactful projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in semiconductor or industrial control systems environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end platform software integration strategies aligned across program stakeholders.
• Lead software ingredient delivery processes and maintain mainline health for project consistency and stability.
• Establish and manage project development environments, including software build and release setup and cadence.
• Define Functional Acceptance Testing and ensure compliance with entry and exit criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete programs and deliver high-quality software solutions.
