The role supports the design, manufacture, and continuous improvement of high-reliability glass-to-metal seal (GTMS) products used in aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications. It provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, materials engineering, hermetic sealing technology, and product development. The Engineer I participates in new product introduction, process validation, and continuous improvement; creates and maintains engineering documentation; collaborates with cross-functional teams; and supports manufacturing and production operations for hermetic sealing products. The successful candidate should be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and cost.
