As the EHS Manager for a manufacturing, assembly, or similar industrial facility, you will be the site's primary EHS leader and an embedded member of the plant leadership team. You will partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, human resources, and frontline employees to integrate risk management into production, quality, maintenance, and daily decision-making. This role is designed for a leader who is equally comfortable on the plant floor and in the leadership room. You will build the systems, capability, and ownership needed to prevent serious injuries and fatalities, strengthen environmental and regulatory compliance, and support reliable operational performance. The work is grounded in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP): learning how work is actually performed, understanding the conditions that shape decisions, and improving the system rather than relying on blame.
