About The Position

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proactive, dependable, and well-organized.
• Comfortable managing a substantial workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.
• Able to safely lift, push, pull, and move products, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand and work on their feet for extended periods and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully complete the mandatory airport security-clearance process for the assigned location, meet applicable TSA and U.S. Customs requirements under 49 CFR § 1542.209, and obtain an appropriate airport-issued identification badge such as a SIDA, AOA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load airline catering equipment, meals, and supplies into catering vehicles and assist drivers throughout the loading process.
• Complete final flight checks to confirm all required items are present and flights are catered accurately.
• Add missing items and ice as needed, and notify the Flight Assembly team about missing carts, canisters, or bulk-loaded items.
• Assist drivers with loading, unloading, pickup, and delivery of goods and materials.
• Support loading and unloading of aircraft according to airline and DO & CO procedures, regulations, and specifications.
• Assist with vehicle fueling and pre- and post-operation checks.
• Immediately report vehicle damage, mechanical concerns, or other irregularities to Dispatch.
• Comply with all airport, airline, company, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the Food Safety Management System handbook.
• Report food safety concerns or system issues to management and the Hygiene and Food Safety team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
