About The Position

This full-time Merchandiser position involves ensuring company products, including popular retail brands like Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizza, Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts, and bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks, are consistently available and well-represented on store shelves for grocery shoppers. The role covers a route in Cedar Hill, Midlothian, Mansfield, Euless, and Fort Worth, requiring active merchandising, product rotation, and display building.

Requirements

  • Grocery experience
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
  • Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
  • Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
  • Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Company brands are stocked and well-represented in assigned stores
  • Merchandise and rotate product
  • Build and maintain product displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with store personnel
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers

  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
