About The Position

The Driver Helper Coordinator supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety, while providing effective leadership and building working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The coordinator supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. The role also manages department resources to promote output, accuracy, and efficiency, and fosters a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
