About The Position

Requirements

• A business-related degree; a degree in finance or accounting is ideal.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong relationship-development and persuasion skills at all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• CPA and/or MBA.
• Public or industry accounting/finance experience, or professional services experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Robert Half’s services through video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients.
• Develop enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders and present Robert Half’s offerings for complex client initiatives requiring senior-level professionals.
• Research hiring trends, labor-market trends, and the competitor landscape.
• Deliver and analyze marketplace insights and industry trends for clients, serving as a trusted business advisor.
