The Transportation/Food Coordinator is responsible for overseeing safety and food supplies, communicating with and supporting the Program Director. The primary responsibility of this role is transportation, which includes coordinating external appointments for program participants and providing transportation for both Rhodes and Serenity clients to appointments and/or meetings. The role also involves assisting clients with meal planning, nutrition education, and maintaining food storage areas, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety certifications. Additionally, the coordinator will assist clients with vocational training and job searches, maintain vehicle logs and maintenance, and ensure accurate data entry.
