About The Position
Bedi Dental Group is seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist to join its established Natick practice. The role offers autonomy and support to provide comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment. The practice is high-end and mostly fee-for-service, and serves a diverse patient base, including patients with complex implant, cosmetic, and reconstructive treatment needs. The office is equipped with advanced dental technology and promotes collaboration among its team. The dentist will have access to continuing education contributions, study clubs, mentorship, and a potential path to equity partnership. Compensation is based on 40% of the dentist’s collections, with the office paying 60% of lab fees from the dentist’s preferred lab, plus a guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days. The listed compensation range is $200,000–$300,000. Immigration sponsorship may be available for the ideal candidate.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with residency.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience after university.
- State licensure to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in advanced dental procedures.
- Ability to develop and navigate complex treatment plans.
- Stay current with the latest dental practices and innovations.
- Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-personnel office setting.
- Compassion and commitment to the full patient-care experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions.
- Perform dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Administer anesthetics to manage pain during procedures.
- Prescribe medications for oral conditions.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays.
- Develop treatment plans to address patients’ dental needs.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Supervise dental assistants and hygienists.
- Maintain precise and detailed patient records.
- Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bones, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
