About The Position

This is a lead dentist role serving as Managing Clinical Director at an Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist provides exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric team and exercising clinical judgment and leadership. Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patient care, along with learning and development, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling. The role offers an opportunity to own a practice through the Practice Ownership Program. The position is full-time, with a stated salary of $200,000–$300,000+ per year. Location-specific offers include a $10,000 signing incentive and a $7,500 relocation stipend. Practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental professional team.
Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
