About The Position

Park Dental is seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to join its established Radio Drive practice. The position is open to recent graduates and experienced clinicians and offers clinical autonomy in a doctor-led organization, along with mentorship, a strong patient base, modern technology, clinical resources, and a collaborative team. Doctors may have opportunities to become shareholders in Park Dental Partners and pursue leadership, ownership, and long-term career growth. The dentist will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients, and work with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams. Park Dental offers continuing education and professional development, clinical and operational support, and flexible scheduling. Starting compensation is $160,000–$210,000 annually, with incentive opportunities.
