About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care in an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The role offers compensation of $200,000–$230,000 per year and a location-specific signing incentive of $15,000. Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support so dentists can focus on patient care, along with learning and development, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling. Dentists can access a Practice Ownership Program, a surgical training center, continuing education, and support from a nationwide network. The practice receives non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality care to patients while following the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
