About The Position
GRBS is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to join their team. This role requires leadership experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and possess reliable transportation. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates must have valid proof of Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities
- Execute the clean building process
- Finish the job with GRBS tools
- Complete 360 communication
- Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
- Lead with integrity and humility
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Other cleaning tasks as assigned
