About The Position

Tresco, Inc. is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments at facilities in Sunland Park and Anthony, New Mexico. The role includes janitorial and custodial work across several locations, with service scheduled at DOH Sunland Park on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 AM to 2 PM, DACC Anthony on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 2.5 hours per service, and Tots Anthony on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 2 hours per service. The pay rate is $15.50. The position is open until filled.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license or identification card. Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred. A background check and post-offer drug screening are required. Substitution of education or experience may be considered under Tresco policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Perform high and spot dusting.
• Remove office trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform floor care, including buffing, spray cleaning, and wet mopping.
• Disinfect surfaces and descale fixtures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
