About The Position

As an Environmental Services Technician at Holiday Park Plaza, you will provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support the setup and takedown of gathering spaces. The role involves daily interaction with residents and the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives. Training is provided, and relationship building, development, and high-quality service are part of the community's everyday approach.

Requirements

• Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and relevant cleaning supplies.
• Ability to read and understand labels.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in housekeeping and/or custodial services.

Responsibilities
