About The Position
The CPR/First Aid/AED Course Instructor instructs CPS staff in professional development and certification related to CPR, First Aid, and AED requirements. This is a contract service opportunity running from September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The contract amount will not exceed $2,500. The hourly rate depends on the instructor’s collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. Non-exempt employees who work more than 40 hours in a week will be paid time and a half for hours worked over 40.
Requirements
- Must be a CPS staff member.
- Must have relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Instruct staff in professional development and certification related to CPR, First Aid, and AED requirements.
