We build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure positive coverage and handle media inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. The team also oversees internal communications, ensuring that employees are informed about key initiatives and developments. Additionally, we manage the Firm’s social media presence, create engaging content and monitor public perception to proactively address any potential issues. We are seeking a talented and diligent Coordinator, Communications - Content Production (CPC) to join our Content Production team, which sits within the broader Global Communications function. The CPC will play a central role in managing and executing video and audio projects for both internal communications and external Firm marketing from initial planning through delivery and archiving. Working closely with the Associate Director and the rest of the Content Production team, the CPC will plan and coordinate global video shoots, handle logistics for in-person and remote productions, organize and safeguard digital assets, partner with technology teams and vendors to implement and support production tools and workflows, and help ensure platforms and back-up protocols are optimized for the team’s needs. The role resides within the Global Business Development & Marketing function, an integrated team of more than 250 marketers based throughout the Firm’s 43 offices across the globe. BDM consists of several key departments: Business Development, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Technology, Creative Services, Global Events and Communications. Together, we drive the Firm's strategic growth by delivering innovative marketing solutions, fostering client relationships, and enhancing the Firm's market presence.
