  • Proven ability to manage fluctuating daily priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and documentation skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication across all organizational levels — from administrative staff to executive leadership.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), including expertise in using tracked changes and document comparisons.
  • Comfortable leading or presenting to diverse groups, including clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • Lead or facilitate client and stakeholder meetings, taking detailed action notes and ensuring accountability for deliverables and timelines.
  • Monitor project closeout to verify all contractual obligations are fully documented and fulfilled.
  • Provide guidance and support to project management teams in drafting or proofreading contractual notices and letters.
  • Support Legal and Project teams during mediation, arbitration, or litigation processes as needed.
  • Compare, track, and merge contractual documents and exhibits using Microsoft Word (Tracked Changes).
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
