About The Position
Join Cleveland Construction, a company that values its people, partners, and projects. Work on high-profile commercial and hospitality construction projects with strong leadership support and advancement opportunities. This role involves managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting. You will coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams, ensuring safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects. The position requires leading project planning, scheduling, and resource management, as well as maintaining strong client relationships and project communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and MEP coordination
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, Timberline, and construction software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- OSHA knowledge required
- Travel required
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality/hotel/fuel center/big box construction experience is a plus
