About The Position

The Project Manager supervises the construction of high-quality custom DiYanni Homes in a specific region. Reporting directly to the Regional Production Manager, the role uses DiYanni Homes construction documents and procedures in BuilderTrend to complete homes accurately and meet or exceed the company’s benchmark standard of quality. The position manages project scope, trade performance, construction quality, schedules, and costs, and meets with customers for key project orientations and signatures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of residential construction experience.
• Proficiency in residential cosmetic repairs, including drywall, trim, and tile.
• Working knowledge of residential mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Thorough understanding of operating hand tools, including power hand tools, generators, and concrete saws.
• Ability to perform manual labor, including general cleanup, lifting, and climbing.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in custom residential construction is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of BuilderTrend is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use DiYanni Homes construction documents and procedures within BuilderTrend to complete homes accurately and meet or exceed the benchmark quality standard.
• Manage project scope to ensure trades perform all agreed tasks.
• Inspect each construction phase for accuracy, quality, and cleanliness before the next phase begins.
• Identify and resolve quality issues and document discrepancies.
• Schedule and install land improvements, and assist customers with land improvement quotes and scheduling.
• Control costs and ensure each task remains on budget.
• Meet customers for pre-construction, pre-drywall, and pre-settlement orientations and signatures.
