About The Position

Pinemar is hiring a Construction Superintendent to oversee custom residential construction projects, including luxury homes and major renovations, from groundbreaking through final walkthrough. The role leads daily field operations and coordinates subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers while maintaining safe, organized jobsites and ensuring work meets plans, specifications, and company quality standards.

The Superintendent works collaboratively with project managers, architects, designers, homeowners, and trade partners; tracks schedules, milestones, and progress; and identifies and resolves field issues before they affect schedule or budget. The role also leads project closeout, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs, with a focus on delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. Pinemar describes its environment as collaborative and supportive, with trust and resources for Superintendents to run their projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction.
• Experience managing luxury homes, custom homes, or major residential renovations.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or similar construction software.
