The Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE) communications team specifically focuses on engaging employers, industry leaders, community organizations, government stakeholders, and sector partners who facilitate experience-driven learning. This team develops communications to foster understanding of Waterloo's co-op and experiential education approach, highlight student and partner contributions, and maintain strong relationships. The Director, Co-operative and Experiential Education Communications serves as the senior communications lead for CEE's employer- and partner-facing communications, aligning CEE's communication strategies with university priorities and standards. This role acts as a key liaison between CEE and central communication teams, ensuring local needs are integrated with institutional direction. The Director is responsible for strategically grounded, coordinated, and aligned employer and partner communications, shaping how Waterloo communicates its distinctive strength in connecting learning with the world of work.
