About The Position
This role involves planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs and workshops. The coach will be responsible for developing curriculum and learning materials, delivering engaging presentations, and providing guidance to participants. Collaboration with subject matter experts and maintaining training records are also key aspects of the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of training evaluation methods.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize training programs and workshops.
- Develop curriculum and learning materials for various courses.
- Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging presentations.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to participants during training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
