About The Position
The Varsity Football Coach leads and oversees all aspects of the Gull Lake Athletics football program. The position calls for leadership, commitment, passion, playing and coaching experience, collaboration, teaching skills, motivation, and integrity to develop a successful, values-driven program. Candidates must pass a criminal background check. Applications are accepted until the position is filled. The start date is August 1, 2027. Requirements
- Strong motivational and interpersonal skills.
- Coaching certification or willingness to obtain required certifications.
- In-depth knowledge of high school football rules and regulations.
- High degree of honesty, integrity, and character.
- Must submit to and pass a criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Previous football coaching experience at the high school level or higher.
- Playing experience at the collegiate level or higher.
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
