About The Position

KidStrong is hiring an Assistant General Manager/Lead Coach for its Folsom, California center. Working directly with the General Manager, this role helps create an environment where coaches, children, and families can thrive. The position supports center operations and sales, builds relationships with families and the local community, and delivers KidStrong’s curriculum for children aged 15 months to 11 years. The curriculum focuses on cognitive, physical, and character development.

KidStrong is a private child development training center with a science-based, parent-focused curriculum taught by professionals. The center is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, which will receive applications and make hiring decisions.

Requirements

• Experience working with or coaching children.
• Passion for child development.
• Strong communication skills with children and parents.
• Positive, energetic attitude.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment.

• Previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily center operations, including scheduling and maintaining the center.
• Connect with families and help grow the KidStrong community.
• Foster a coaching culture and support coaches’ professional development.
• Deliver the KidStrong curriculum focused on children’s cognitive, physical, and character development.
• Work with the General Manager to call leads and grow the center.
• Engage daily with members, prospects, and leads.
• Attend local events to promote KidStrong.
